Open Enrollment:
Your opportunity to choose benefits for the upcoming year.
New Hires:
You must complete the enrollment process within 30 days of your date of hire. If you do not enroll by your effective date, you will have to wait until the next Open Enrollment to enroll, unless you experience a Qualified Life Event.

Qualified Life Events:

Marriage, divorce, legal separation, or annulment

Birth, adoption, or placement for adoption of an eligible child

Death of a spouse, domestic partner, or child

Change in employment that affects benefits eligibility

Change in child's eligibility for benefits (age limit, etc.)

Change in residency that affects your eligibility for coverage

Significant change in coverage or cost

FMLA leave, COBRA event, court judgements, or decree

Becoming eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE

Receiving a Qualified Medical Child Support Order

When you are ready to enroll, log in to payroll.withCBA.com and click Open Enrollment to make your benefit elections. There you will find detailed information about the plans available and instructions for enrolling.
